Adam is a 3rd year Maths student and has been playing in a brass band for more than 14 years. While starting out on the tenor horn, he was told that he was too brash on it, and so was put on an instrument where he could do no harm, the Bass Trombone. You will find him at the back of the brass band finding any excuse to play loud. He comes the very heart of brass banding country, from the small village of Dobcross in Saddleworth, where the great Whit Friday contest takes place. If he isn't doing Maths or music, you can find him either at a computer or at the bar enjoying a nice ale.
